I’m not sure how we could ever convey our gratitude to Coastal Designs and his entire team in the remodel of our Master Bathroom. Going through a major remodel is never fun and can be very intrusive. From day 1, even before demolition, Drew and his foreman Christian, were extremely respectful and did an amazing job making sure we felt comfortable amidst all the chaos. He has an incredible team of subcontractors who all share the same work ethic.

We had done a kitchen remodel years ago and that process still left us with anxiety over starting another project. We were very selective with who we chose for this project. Even though Drew was not our lowest bid, his quiet assurance and humbleness made us feel confident that he was the right one. His proposal was extremely detailed and inclusive. He assured us that the cost of the project would only change if we changed something. Not only did he stay on budget but even finished a week and a half early.

At no time during the process did we feel the need to micro manage. Drew pointed out tiny flaws and imperfections even before we had a chance to notice them, and quickly had them resolved. His perfectionism is even a little comical. It is evident that he is in the right business and loves his craft.
